I went here with my family, and everything was okay at first until I started eating. When I opened the wrapped utensils, I noticed that the spoons were still oily — it seemed like they hadn’t been properly washed and might have been reused from a previous customer. I asked the staff to replace them, and they did bring me new spoons, but no one commented or apologized for the issue. As for the hot pot buffet ingredients, I’m quite sure that many items weren’t properly cleaned. The vegetables and mushrooms still had dirt on them, and the crab wasn’t scrubbed or washed thoroughly — you could see residue all around the shell. I forgot to take a photo of the spoon, the cleanliness was very disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service stood out right away. It was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The owner was working the floor, which added a personal touch, and the variety of food options was impressive. We went with the buffet, which featured all-you-can-eat hot pot, teppanyaki, sushi, salads, Chinese dishes, desserts, and fresh fruit. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat—every table around us seemed to be enjoying themselves. There were two restroom options, and the one I used had quirky, fun signage that added a bit of charm. The sauce station was extensive, offering a wide range of flavors. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here: they had chopstick helpers for those unfamiliar, and clear signage explaining how to enjoy hot pot—p

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. It was quite busy, but the flow of customers was well managed. There was a wide variety of food to choose from: fresh and cooked dishes, seafood, and various fruits and vegetables, suitable even for vegetarians. The staff were quick and polite, but what impressed me most was seeing the restaurant owner cleaning the tables after customers left – something you don't often see. Despite being tired from managing customers, serving food, handling payments, and cleaning, she always had a smile on her face and was enthusiastic to help whenever I needed anything. The way she and her husband supported each other in managing the restaurant truly impressed me.

I think that for a hot place this is definitely one a win. The pricing very reasonable and comparable to other places I've been to. They did have some unique meats that I have never seen before at a hot pot place so that was pretty cool. I ended up getting there late an hour before closing and they were very welcoming. Do note that at 9:55 they are taking away all the food. I saw they had snails there, and I didn't know how to eat them. The hostess showed me how. It was very kind of her. They had a lot of cooked options. If I was going to come back here again, I wouldn't have paid extra for the sushi. It honestly wasn't good, there was not a good selection of fish, and I just think for the price, it's not worth it.
