Hometown Taste

Love Hometown Taste! We usually sit in the lounge and the drinks are always great and the food is amazing portions for the price. Feels like I’m back in my hometown Chinese restaurant. Food is great quality and comes ours fast. We bring all of our friends here and they all end up loving it!

The taste of this restaurant combines Sichuan and Hunan spices. Love their fried fish dish!

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Portland metro area! I loveee their grilled fish dish. They definitely don’t skimp on the garlic! I’ve tried quite a few dishes there and haven’t had one that I didn’t like.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very happily surprised. Hot and sour soup is a pretty good quality metric to judge Chinese joints by, and it was great. I had the twice cooked pork belly lunch special, it was phenomenal. Prefect balance of spice and flavor, and even the standard BBQ fried rice side was very well executed. Looking forward to exploring their menu more in the future.

The portion sizes are perfect because the food is so good you never want to stop eating it! The Dan Dan Noodles are one of my top picks, but if spicy food isn't for you, the Beef Fried Rice won't disappoint. Seriously, don't sleep on this place
