Hometown Rice Roll & Dumplings 喜记石磨肠粉

Beef brisket rice roll was simply amazing, you don’t see this hand rolled rice roll that often in Boston. The thin and layered wrapper absorbs the rich, savory sauce, a must try! I don’t recommended the cheese and yellow curry rice plate. First time trying this famous dish, hard to describe the flavor.

Ordered lunch takeout, got the wonton soup, beef brisket homemade rice noodles, curry pork and lemongrass pork rice, fried bread roll & plain rice roll. The star of the place is definitely the rice rolls. They're bouncy, chewy and not too thick or thin. I would get the handmade rice rolls again.

I absolutely love coming here. Their dumplings for me are the star. If you like slight spice there is a metal vat of their homemade chili crunch by the water that I can't get enough of. I slather my dumplings in it and it's some of the best flavors around. I took some pictures but don't think you get this exact amount. I couldn't wait to eat a couple from each picture. 这里的饺子最好吃

A simple self serve style restaurant. There is no table service. There is seating available for dining in and you are expected to clean up after you're done. Dishes are simple. Dumplings, rice noodles, curry, soy milk etc. What I did like was the fact that the dishes were not salty. Enjoyed the Wonton soup. The soup was so good we even drank all the soup. Try their chilli sauce too. It made everything taste better!

We live less than 2 miles away and have never been here. Ordered online on a whim. Did not dissapoint. We got a number of different types of steamed rice noodles and 2 soup dumpling flavors. Every bit of it was fantastic. To think this hidden gem was right down the street in Quincy.
