Hometown Pizza of Bristol

I wish I could put negative stars! The correct pizza was good to be honest… but one of my pizzas was literally just sauce and crust nothing else on it what so ever! I called and said I think they made a mistake and told my correct order, they told me the will remake the pizza they just need the other pizza back which I agreed to do no problem they then called me back like 20 minutes later and said after talking to the manager we will not be remaking your pizza and there’s no one who will deliver it for you. That is honestly super insane to me and the worst absolute management and customer service I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER be ordering from them again! I also never have complained about a place it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about my experience just to put that o

I was there earlier today around 8:30 p.m. ask for a small bacon pizza and an 8-in sub bacon lettuce tomato i got for $27 I got bacon bits on my sub. Why? Didnt even take a bite.Should have been strips of bacon. Should just went to Jersey Mike's.but I don't want to I'd rather support family owned.. No i will not give another chance for that price unless you make it right for the inconvenience Thank you.

I went to this great little place for an impromptu lunch with the kids and in-laws. Greeted friendly when we went in, there are a few tables in a small dining area. Lots of delicious-looking options on the menu, and slices. The flavor was big and amazing, none of us could stop eating the pizza! If I'm in the area again this will be a place I'll want to go to.

This has been my favorite pizza place in CT for years. It’s the only pizza restaurant that I will order from. Always good pizza, amazing sauce. Love Hometown so much!

I ordered my pizza at 9:20PM and they close at 10. I thinks that enough time for one last pizza delivery at least and I understand the delay. I ordered through the slice app and it shows the pizza should arrive by 10:00! The place is already closed and I already paid online. Was excited to eat something but guess ima have to go to bed with an empty stomach and 29 bucks less! I want my money back! The fact that I even left a tip! I guess it’s for Casper! (Edit: it’s about to be two hours since I ordered I could of already ate) (Edit 2: because I don’t wanna be that mean person, I will leave a 5 star if my issue gets solved. I hate being that one person that lowers the rating and I like seeing businesses succeed)
