Homefield Deli

First time here, stopped by while I was doing some business in the area. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, the gentle man in the cashier went a grabbed the wrap barehanded and proceeded to touch everything in it with his dirty hands and finger nails , chicken, croutons, lettuce etc..Maybe that’s the way it works in there, completely unsanitary! Eat at your own risk.

The Homefield Deli is the best deli in Yonkers hands down. The owner, Nick, makes you feel incredibly welcomed and his meals always fill you up. The portions are INCREDIBLE and the quality is even better. Also superrrr affordable and usually pretty quick! The roast beef is my favorite!!

This place is delicious! I’m so happy I came across this gem. Looking forward to coming here more often. I ordered a burger deluxe and the prices are very good. The service was spectacular too.

Not the cleanest place to eat. Saw the older female counter person working with long red nails. One nail had a large decoration sticking out of nail like a hawk on a perch. She was making sandwiches without gloves or washing her hands. God knows what was under those nails or under that huge decoration. There was croissant on the counter without paper underneath or on top of it to protect it . It just sat there near the slicer. No reason to be there, just waiting for some unsuspecting fool to order it. The other woman was sweeping the floor when a customer asked her for dressing, she put the broom down, grabbed a small cup, filled it with dressing, brought it out with her finger was touching the dressing! She then proceeded to hand the cup to the person and wipe her hands on her apron.

I had a party and they catered to me. They were sufficient with delivering everything on time and everything was delicious. Their pasta salad was unbelievable. Looking forward to ordering again
