Home Town Diner

So this place is very, very clean with all new equipment and totally the opposite of what was in there before. Which is great. It is a limited menu with really really good prices. I ordered the bacon omelette with homemade fries and rye toast. The omelette was cooked perfect lacked a little bit of seasoning as did the home fries. The rye toast was a little under toasted, but it was still fine. Suggestion.... use a little Lawry's seasoned salt on everything!!! :)

I have been coming for breakfast at the Hometown Diner for a few months now. The diner is clean and inviting. The owner and waitstaff are pleasant and happy to see us every week! Plenty to choose from on the menu but I order the biscuits and gravy everytime I am there! My favorite! It is consistently delicious everytime! Absolutely homemade! NO CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP IN THIS RECIPE! It is fresh and filling. A real diner classic, done the right way by the folks at the Hometown Diner! Edit to my previous post! I don't normally take pictures of my food, but I made sure to snap a photo. Just delicious. Best part of the weekend. And ♥️ the owner, said to us this morning after our hellos, "your usual?" Yes ma'am! ❤️

Wanted to try the place out… got the sausage gravy and biscuits…. Was not fresh. Was very clearly heated up.. biscuits were cold in some spots, gravy was barely warm,, tasted off…. Cream of chicken smell.. who uses cream of chicken in sausage gravy.. haven’t decided if going to try giving the place another try. Sadly disappointed

Delightful, cheery, clean and friendly. The home fries were very disappointing, merely chopped up French fries that were grilled without seasoning. Not home fries. We look forward to them making some improvements.

Home fries are so good and airy, my favorite I have had so far are chocolate pancakes, and french toast. Good food at a good price
