Great southern food. Fried/baked chicken, catfish, flounder, gravy, mash tatoes, mac&cheese, cherry cobbler. There are more meats, sides and desserts I've missed. All this for your hard earned buck. One of the best fresh food buck-to-value restaurants in Butner.

Kind workers, popping place! On a road trip we went to try this place out on a whim and it didn’t disappoint. Great portion food for a great price. Can’t go wrong, it felt like the whole town was buying out the joint, walking out with plates and plates full of food. Would recommend this small business to support.

Best chicken and dumplings I've had in a long time! It's a Wednesday special...don't miss 'em if ya like 'em. Apple side was amazing too!

Employees are very friendly and the food was exceptional. I got the flounder platter (two large pieces of flounder and broccoli and coleslaw) and it was delicious. I ate the food before thinking about picture.

COVID changed the way people do business. Some closed others adapted. While no longer necessary, this adaption to food bar seems to work well with friendly smiling laughing servers and ample portions for the money. There's plenty of seating inside. With so many fast food and other sit downs having trouble with help being rude, lazy and down right malicious, it is fast becoming very difficult to find good food and service while traveling. This place is a gem and an oasis in a desert of horrible chains. Even Cracker Barrels have suffered. So if you're hungry and possibly in a hurry, stop on by. .......
