Holy Schnitzel

⸻ I’m giving Holy Schnitzel in Davie five stars because I can see they are just getting started, and I truly respect the enthusiasm and focus they have for their business. Opening a restaurant is never easy, and it’s clear they care and want to build something solid. That said, like any new place, there’s still room to refine and adjust. It takes time to get the rhythm right. Team meetings between kitchen staff and front-of-house are essential, and fine-tuning recipes will make a big difference. Fried food may seem simple, but doing it consistently and correctly requires precision and attention to detail. I believe every new restaurant deserves time to warm up the engines and find its flow. just went in and ordered the holy toasty to go and it was ready in a few minutes and i was on my way and i gotta say this is one of the best sandwiches i’ve had in a while took one bite and had to stop to write this review

Super fresh, specially the baguette, imho not so common in Sf. The schnitzel was super crispy and clean Salads fresh and crisp. And mostly the service was top notch !

Food is incredible. Service 10/10. Highly recommend the “Holy Toasty” to anyone trying out this place for the first time. The owner is super nice and very involved in your satisfaction. Love this place !!!

Food was delicious and fresh! Friendly staff, very accommodating. There are two ways to order in the restaurant that helps speed things up; either at the register or by touchscreen. Super helpful to have both options.
