Holy Moly Burgers & the Bird

Tried the food here because someone from my hometown said it was good ..LISTEN!! So nasty, got the Cajun chicken and fries the chicken taste like water i can see some kinda seasoning but it taste like nothing!!! the fries was soggy and tasted like chili pepper no salt 0/10

I’ve been to Holy Moly Burgers and The Bird twice, and I’ll start by saying the food is genuinely good. On this most recent visit, I decided to try their new cheesesteak, and the quality of the food itself wasn’t the issue. Unfortunately, the experience with the owner completely changed my perspective. We were given the wrong burger and charged for it. The staff members were apologetic and kind, but when we returned the incorrect burger, the owner was aggressive and questioned why the burger was made “if we didn’t order it,” instead of simply acknowledging the mistake. He then attempted to charge us again for the correct burger, even though the mix-up was on their end. It wasn’t about the food — it was about how the situation was handled. Ordered a basket of chicken, they didn’t give sauce and when I knocked on the window to ask for some they said I didn’t get any cause I didn’t ask for it. Meal said it came with it so it had me wondering if I should’ve asked for fries too just to make sure they knew to include it. The chicken was tough and not well fried, and the fries has no salt. Maybe it’s what I got, but what I got wasn’t worth the money

I came here due to the viral video. If these are the best wings, then Gainesville lack taste. The fries was hitting fouls and the wings wasn't hitting much. I wouldn't say the food wasn't good, but it's a soft no for me.

Heya Guy's 🤓 . My wife and I recently moved cross country from Southwest Idaho to North Central Florida shortly after which we discovered holy moly burgers and we love this place. With that being said I'd love to give this review a double rating. As far as the burgers go they get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ every day of the week & twice on Sundays 😋 . The next rating this review ) is for the onion rings. A couple weeks ago we were in town and we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat and try the onion rings which we hadn't had yet and they were beer battered and Awesome.
