CHEESE ENCHILADAS Not sure why this place got a 4.4 We ate here because of the reviews. The home made drink... THAT was delicious! Make more of THAT 5 stars to that! The enchiladas however... the cheese was shredded Monterrey jack cheese. meh. The cheese wasn't melted. would've appreciated it going into a microwave for a few seconds. You know what I mean? The sauce tasted funny like cheap canned sauce. But the problem wasn't the taste, the sauce was cold. Maybe heating it up would at least mask the funny taste a little bit. The rice was good. It was fluffy. not greasy. The beans tasted bitter like they were old or burnt or both. The staff was super sweet. Clean bathrooms. Clean restaurant. But the food needs a little more love.

My wife and I visited Holtville and found this place to eat. I was hoping to eat breakfast but got there after 11am which i understand, most places stop serving breakfast around that time. My wife got the enchilada plate and the beans were burnt. The enchiladas were ok she said. I got the carne asada torta. It was tasty and a good size. The red salsa was really good.

Love this taco shop! Everything I have tried is delicious. Great,fast, friendly service.

I shared a breakfast burrito with my husband. It was really good. We got the large and decided to save some money and cut it in half. I can definitely order one of these again next time I’ll just ask for less cheese.

I am a vegetarian and it’s hard for me to find good places to eat. Tried this place for the first time and it was really good. A simple cheese quesadilla with a horchata amazing. Muy delicioso
