I went here and the workers were rude. All of the girls were glaring at me and side eyeing me. None of them said a word to me or made me feel welcomed to buying anything. I wanted to get coffee, but changed my mind when I got to the counter. The older blonde one with glasses that was the cashier was okay. The rest should learn basic customer service. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Scone had mold in it. The plastic wrapper on the scone had no expiration date or any clear information on when it was no longer safe to eat. Employees were courteous enough to offer new scone( obvi a bad idea) or a refund. They did not take down the scones from the stand despite them also not having any expiration date

i enjoy the coffee here BUT as a hosp employee and regular customer, I have seen employees come and go as you would expect. My last two visits, the gal at the cash register was really rude.... today I ordered a tuna pile and usually I'm asked what I'd like on it from a list of additions. She looked at me and asked "standard"? I don't know what standard is, I was assuming she would just let me know what's avail like EVERYONE else has. ..instead she tells me "it's not that complicated"..... um do YOU know what standard comes with? She tells me NO !! What ?! I couldn't care less if she knows what standard means as it related to a tuna pile, but I do care that she was condescending.and rude. Nobody had name tags so I have no idea her name but brunette with glasses. Cust serv

The costs here don't really add ypbto value. The service is also a bit slow. One thing I found off putting was they charge tax on cash purchases but that is not right in a federal installation. I was told by a staff member that it was tonoffset their credit card machine costs. If thatbis the case then why not kistbit in the proce on the menu board instead of as a tax??
