Holoholo Drive-Thru Espresso Kaneohe

We normally give good ratings for business that deserves a 5 stars. Ordered a layered mango matcha with Alternative milk Yesterday in the morning without ice and 2 other hot drinks ( was ok ) and this is what we had. As you can see in this picture, almost 1/2 of the cup is empty !!! The price of this drink was about 10 bucks ! This not our first time ordering this drink. Gave this place like 4 chances before reviewing them. Come on now. Thought Starbucks was bad, this is bad !!!

Such a cute little drive-thru coffee shop. My dragon’s blood redbull infusion was good but my sister didn’t love her mango matcha. She said the matcha flavor wasn’t strong enough.

Stopped by Holoholo Drive-Thru Espresso in Kāneʻohe and ordered a cold Americano. It came out fast, icy cold, and smooth — exactly what I needed for a hot Windward day. No bitterness, just a clean coffee flavor that hit the spot. The drive-thru setup is super convenient, especially when you don’t want to park and run inside somewhere. Service was friendly, quick, and with aloha vibes. Prices are fair, and the quality definitely beats the big chains. eels like it's run by young, inexperienced staff who aren't trained properly. The drinks tasted awful, not just "not my taste" bad, but genuinely undrinkable. I usually power through even if it's not great, especially if I spent $10 on a small drink, but this time I couldn't. I actually cried afterward from the frustration. Since I waited in like for 10 minutes. On top of that, the service was cold and unwelcoming. I still tipped out of courtesy. The whole experience made me feel like I wasted my money and time. I really hope they take this as constructive criticism and put more effort into both their products and their customer service.
