Hollan Dazed Brunch

Melinda our server was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, just great to talk to. Food was quality, served fast and hot. Good flavor, have some vegan options. My biggest note is full sized glasses of milk & OJ. Don't see that much anymore. Atmosphere is like small hometown café. Table and bar seating. Definitely has regulars. I recommend.

We were visiting from out of state for the Broncos game and, before leaving on Monday morning, stopped here for breakfast. My daughter said the inlet was delicious. I had the French toast and it was the best French toast I have ever had at a restaurant. The slices were very thick and fluffy with a fantastic flavor. The service was amazing also. Definitely recommend this Hollan Dazed for breakfast if you are in the Denver area!

So good! Quick, delicious, great portions, and super friendly staff. Sat at the bar counter and loved the cozy vibe. Meave made me a yummy mimosa and took great care of us. I had a cheese omelette with veggies and hashbrowns and my partner had the California skillet. Everything was perfect. Don’t miss the cinnamon roll! Hollan Dazed is my new favorite breakfast spot!

Reservations - none, put your name on a waitlist and they give you a beeper. Would’ve been nicer to have a texting service so you aren’t obligated to just wait around (no waiting area, a lot of people just gathered outside). Parking - easy, there’s a lot and several other parking areas in the strip mall. Food - Chicken & waffles - chicken was cooked very well, crispy and well-seasoned. Would get again. Overall rating 5/5. Strawberries & cream French toast - very good, exactly what you’d expect. Would get again. Overall rating 4/5. Hash browns side - a good portion, a bit undercooked. Would skip next time and try a different side. Cinnamon roll - got it with the caramel drizzle, and a bit underwhelming but still good enough to eat it all. Would probably skip next time. Overall rating 3

Great Spot for Brunch I visited this place for brunch. The wait was about 30-40 minutes, and it would be helpful if they had an option to check in ahead of time. The cinnamon roll was very large and tasty. They're also generous with their bacon. Plus, they're one of the few places that actually makes crispy hash browns if you ask for them. We'll definitely be back!
