Hole 'n One

4 of us (ranging in age from the 60s to 80s) stopped by for early lunch (11:30 am) on a Tuesday. We were immediately seated and provided menus and drinks. Menu is one two-sided sheet comprised of breakfast, lunch and dinner comfort foods with plenty of choices for everyone without being overwhelming. Prices are very reasonable. Servers are extremely attentive and friendly, coming by often to refill drinks and quickly to take order. Food arrived promptly. Food also came out quickly, good portions, and was tasty. Decor and chairs/table is very basic golf theme, but who cares when the food and service is good. We were back to our car by 12:15pm! Numerous choices, good eats, and fast attentive, fast service to get your day going- can’t go wrong!

I couldn't believe how quickly our food came out. It literally took only about 6 minutes for our food to be brought to us after we ordered. Plus is was delicious! We will absolutely be returning.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Hole N One in Sun City West. From start to finish, it was a disappointment. The service was incredibly slow—people who arrived after us were served before we even got our food. When it finally came out, it was ice-cold, so I had to send it back to be remade. Unfortunately, the second attempt wasn’t any better. The food was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The potatoes were raw in the middle and completely dry and had no flavor. The eggs were the smallest I’ve ever seen and the sausage was dry and hard. The “Texas Toast” was paper-thin and was just warm, soft bread—they grill it but don’t cook it I guess. We’ve been going here for 20 years, since I was a child. It’s a place of memories with my grandparents, the place I got my first job, the place I met my husband, the place my sister in law had her baby shower. The hold n one has always remained a pillar of consistency, love and joy. The food has never changed, I can still get the meal I got as a child and it tastes as great as when I would get it 20 years ago. Marty and Tracy are wonderful people, and always provide a consistently delicious meal.

We’ve been going to the hole in one more than a few times and the food has always been OK, (maybe) average. My last review I gave them a little bit better review, but to be honest their food is below average at best. Their prices are definitely OK compared to some of the more expensive places that have a little better food. Their service with the girls seem to be pretty good. We’ve always enjoyed the waitresses that hasn’t ever seem to be a problem. Then Me and my wife both went into the bathroom and wow that place is horrendous. You think they could get a service in there once a week or do a little better. It was in my wife’s words the worst bathroom she’s ever seen and she’s seen some bad ones and lived in some nasty places overseas When she was in the Air Force. I hope this restaur
