Holcomb's Bed and Breakfast

What a wonderful time at the bed and breakfast. Karen and Dickie were so accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent with alot of different foods to choose from. Close to the little village. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This was my second stay with Karen - and I had a wonderful time as always. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure is excellent! Every room has its own bathroom, which is very nice. Karen is a caring and kind host -- her breakfast is now legendary among me and my colleagues -- she provides a variety of food/drink options for your taste and dietary preference. The house is conveniently located -- about a 10 min walk from downtown Hamilton and a 15 min walk to Colgate campus. I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The best place to stay in Hamilton! I happened upon Holcomb’s as a prospective student, and my family kept coming back while I was at Colgate, and I’ll continue to come here as an alum. Karen is a phenomenal host with an immaculate home, 5 star breakfast, and an unbelievably comfortable stay. Each room has its own (again, immaculate) bathroom, an incredibly comfortable bed and Hamilton charm. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is it. Prices are competitive (or better than) all the other local accommodations but you’ll get so much more here. There’s no B&B (or place) like it!

Holcomb’s B&B was a wonderful place to stay, right in the center of Hamilton! The Holcombs were so hospitable and kind throughout my stay, and went out of their way to help me navigate my time in Hamilton. I felt at home there immediately. The place is spacious and beautiful with privacy for each room. Highly recommend their B&B!

A home away from home. I stayed there 2 weeks for a work trip but it felt like a vacation. The rooms are extremely clean, cosy and equipped with everything one would need, the photos don't even make justice. Great location, short walk to the campus or downtown, space to park. But what makes the place special is the hospitality of Karen. I've heard stories about the wonderful breakfast before I arrived - freshly baked goods every day, great variety or she'll offer to make you eggs and bacon. It's pretty magical in the winter with a lovely Christmas decoration, but I'm sure it's beautiful in every season. Looking forward to visit again!|
