Hokkaido Hibachi & Sushi

The absolute best sushi spot! Every time I’m in town, this is a must-visit. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. The sushi here is hands down the best I’ve ever had. My go to rolls are the Cowboy, Spicy Scallop, and Spicy Conch, but they have so many creative and unique rolls you won’t find anywhere else. The hibachi is also excellent, with huge portions and great flavor. Prices are very fair and affordable for the quality and amount of food you get. 10/10, highly recommend. Truly the best sushi experience!

Ordered take away on a Saturday and was happy to see a lunch special offered. My lunch included miso soup with the two roll sushi special. The Boston roll had a generous portion of shrimp and the spicy tuna roll was very flavorful; it felt like a good value. The online ordering was easy, it was prepared quickly (earlier than the time given online) and the service was sweet and friendly. This is a great option for Japanese hibachi or sushi if you’re in the Lithia area.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. The atmosphere was warm and perfectly matched the restaurant's theme without being excessive. Highly recommend.

Great little place we found for lunch. Pretty good sushi and great service. Everyone left happy and with a full belly. I'd gladly come back here. Great job Hokkaido!!!

I am visiting from Phoenix. My buddy and I stopped in. He is a local, and we ordered the "Love Boat." Since we are not a couple, we decided to call it the "Bro Boat." It was bro-tastic, bro-mazing, and lastly, a beautiful collection of different types of sushi. The small little restaurant packs big flavor into a little package. I am glad we stopped in. Thank you, We had enough to take home.
