Excellent! Our family loves the whole experience. When you walk in you are met with great music, cool lights and decor, and friendly staff. Small businesses like this are great for our community. You can see the gratitude they have for the repeat business. As far as our family is concerned, they earned it. We’ll be back again and again :)

this is my favorite boba place i’ve ever been to by far. It’s the only one I genuinely like and the staff is amazing. She even gives us free larges sometimes to show her appreciation of the customers. I come here almost every day because of how good it is.

This is my favorite Boba place out of everywhere I have went. We sometimes get free larges, and I go almost every week. All the flavors I have had are amazing, many flavors for popping boba. Many smoothie flavors, juice flavors, and milk tea. Amazing staff

Hippo Bubble Tea started off really strong — great flavors, good quality, and it quickly became a favorite spot. Unfortunately, lately it’s been disappointing. Almost every time we go in, they’re sold out of multiple items, which makes it hard to order what you actually want. I usually end up settling for my second or even third choice just to be able to place an order. The drinks are still good when they have everything available, but the frequent stock issues have definitely taken away from the experience. I hope they can get consistency back because the potential is definitely there.
