Changed our entity to an llc from a sole trader under this guys recommendation. Had a meeting with him about it early 2024. Sent them our taxes on time, September I believe. We get a demand from the irs because they filed our tax late.... all they could say about it was well we saved you xyz amount by changing to llc. No accountability at all or apology. We have been with them for 10 years and cant believe the way he blew us off. We and our extended family will be taking our buisness elsewhere. Shame on you.. as for your reply . You never wrote the letter because my wife has the text thread where you left it till the last day.
