Hinodeya Ramen Bar Little Tokyo

Came by around dinner time and managed to get a table pretty quickly. We ordered the spicy miso and clam ramen. Both bowls were a great change of palate, especially since we’d been missing Asian food quite a bit. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for an authentic, comforting bowl of ramen 🍜

A welcome addition to Little Tokyo. Their ramen noodles are unique, wavy and has a great bite and texture to it. Their variety of classic and seasonal ramens are great, perfectly seasoned and not overly rich or salty. This place stands out in a refine way. I got the Kitsune ramen (vegetarian) and it was both lightly sweet yet savory. The fried garlic topping off to the side is a great crunch! Would recommend!

Excellent ramen shop in little Tokyo in downtown LA. Found the place by accident as we were walking by and decided to give it a try. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service. All of the food including the appetizers and the ramens were excellent.

This restaurant was delicious! The broth was phenomenal 🤩 The fried garlic and onions on the table as a condiment was delicious. Our server, MIJA, was excellent and oh so sweet, she kept an eye on our needs during our visit. Thank you Mija! Will be definitely visit again. - Jonathan and Ara🫰

I’ve been coming here for a while and it never disappoints, so I want people to know! Earlier today, I got my usual Hinodeya House Ramen, and it was delicious! 😤🙏 Service: My server name was Rosi, and she was very friendly! No complaints! 👍 Food: I love the Karage Chicken Appetizer! It so warm and tastes great with the mayo dip!!! My usual House Ramen I get is also the house ramen for a good reason. The egg they put in the ramen is so addicting! Compliments to the cooks who put in the effort to make the food taste so great! 💪 Atmosphere: Very clean place! It always a great when I go eat with friends/family. 👏
