Hinckley's Fancy Meats

There are a few reasons to come to East End Market in the morning. There is plenty of parking and breakfast at Hinckley’s Fancy Meats. We had the Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich. The bacon was fantastic. It was crisp and thick cut and smoky. The sourdough English muffin it was served on was also very good. We also had the Breakfast Strata. It was filling without being heavy. The service was great. The woman behind the counter was friendly and chipper despite it being a Sunday morning Don’t miss it

I tried Hinckley’s Fresh Meats at East End Market and had the BBQ pork sandwich with red pickled onions — it was excellent. The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the pickled onions added a nice pop of acidity that complemented the richness of the meat. You can really taste the quality and care put into their food. It’s a great stop inside East End Market for a quick yet memorable bite. Highly recommend if you’re a meat lover.

Total hidden gem. We have been here more times than I care to admit because the quality of sandwiches are insane. Try everything. Each time, I try something new and every time it is better than the past. Never been disappointed. It’s ridiculous how such “simple” ingredients can be put together and it be that good. I just had a Beef on Weck sandwich…. Unreal. Silly. Wildly unassuming and fabulous. The owner Matt is incredibly kind and so good at his craft. Thank you for always being top notch.

This little gem has the most delicious lemon chicken salad I’ve ever had! Very fresh and light! I get it on the salad, not on bread. 🤩 Nice place to sit outside and enjoy it… And great service! Highly recommend!

Came by the East End Market one day with the goal of eating a little bit at a few different places. Well we chose Hinckley's as one of those place. We had never been, their menu looked amazing, and they had just fed Phil. Ambiance is a storefront, but there's a great little cooler up front with a glass window and lots of fancy meats inside. There's a drink cooler right next to that. And a friendly clerk right up front with a smile on his face ready to take your order. Service excellent. The sandwich didn't take long to make, and they bring it right to your table. They searched a while, but they found us. Really nice of them. As for the food, wow, just wow. It's not on the menu right this second, but we got a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich with stuffing, thick turkey slices, and a cranb
