Hilton Garden Inn Garden Restaurant

Upon arrival at 5 pm rooms were still not ready. Once we finally got to our room it smelled of smoke dispute being a non smoking room, the bathroom smelled of urine and no toilet paper. Front check in lady was extremely nice however was definitely over worked as there was a big line to check in. We used the honors app to check in and get a room key however it would not give us the room key as it kept saying still preparing your room. After waiting in the line we finally got the room and would have gone back down to ask for a different room however who knows how long it would have taken to prepare one.

Let me start by saying that I spend 100 nights a year at Hilton properties. I arrived at 7:45 PM and was told that they had no rooms ready and I would have to wait in the lobby. When I was given a room I was informed that both elevators were out of order and I would have to climb 7flights of stairs with my luggage to get to my room. When I got in the room the air conditioner was apart, the sink was full of hair from someone shaving and did not drain. I demanded a refund and went to a different hotel.

Staff remembers your name after meeting you once. Great drinks! Great food! I stayed across the street at another hotel and switched to this once because of the service I received at dinner. Memphis, Gwen and India are absolutely amazing!!!!

Recently did a staycation here at the Hilton had a great time the staff were very Entertaining didn't need to go anywhere they were also helpful & curtious (special shout out to the front desk,especially evita ,(don't cry 😥😭for me Argentina)not a dull moment wit her 🤣😁 & gwen at the restaurant was friendly and curtious will come back again other desk member think her name was sharita thanks to the lady spraying sanitizer in the air and on lobby furniture 👌

I ate here a few times during my stay. The service at this restaurant is by far worse than the pitts. Personalities are very rude and unbecoming. Food takes forever to be cooked and brought out. Not even fountain drinks can make it out under 10 mins. When the food finally comes out, it's not even worth the wait. I always hear the waitresses giving customers an unnecessary attitude. They speak very loud so you can hear everything going on with ease. To top it off, they discriminate against the different customers to come there. Long and short, just call Uber eats or ANYTHING else, and save yourself the hassle.
