Hillside Deli

This place makes the best breakfast wraps in Mamaroneck. I usually get the Bacon egg and cheese with avocado on a spinach wrap (extra egg). They toast it on the panini grill… so simple yet so delicious!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent catering experience with Hillside Deli. Over the weekend, we placed an order for a cold antipasto platter and a hummus plate, and I must say, they were absolutely perfect! The quality, presentation, and taste exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the sandwiches we enjoyed for lunch, the Bronx Bomber and Alessandra, were outstanding! Overall, our experience with Hillside Deli was exceptional, and I highly recommend their catering services for any future events or gatherings you may have. I am confident that you will be as delighted as we were with their delicious offerings.

The first day I ever walked into the deli, I was greeted with a friendly hello and good morning. It's been a few years now and that has not changed. I've always felt that a key to any successful business is not taking your customers for granted and making them feel appreciated and that happens on a daily basis. The women who work behind the counter are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you order, and it's always done with a smile. Oh, and the food is good too :-)

I used to go here every morning between 6:30-8:00am. I have only ever been treated nice by the owner. She knows what shes doing. I have worked in a fast paced environment like this for many years and the overall staff always treats me like I am asking for too much. All I ever get is a coffee! I do not like writing bad reviews but I just tried asking for a cup of ice or even fresh hot coffee (which their coffee always tastes burnt or watered down) and was not even acknowledged. Don’t waste your time here.

When i needed to kill a half an hour waiting for an oil change and inspection, Hillside deli was the perfect walking distance to get a great breakfast sandwich. The coffee was fresh and delicious. A busy yet well staffed and efficient little neighborhood deli. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather too! 5 stars for sure! ❤️
