Hikaru Sushi

We enjoyed our meals, ginger dressing on salad is flavored well. Miso soup not salty, satisfying on a cool fall evening. I loved the lightly fried tofu and vegetables. We liked the tempura items. Service is A+! Prices are fair, I will come back for the lunch special. Location is good, near bank, parking lot has plenty of lights, charge your car and pick up dessert at bakery in same shopping center.

I stopped by for a quick lunch while charging my Tesla in the strip mall. Since I just ate at the bar, I'll only focus on food. 1. FOOD (3/5) - Pork Katsu Cutlet Lunch Special (Main, $13.95, 3/5) - Could've been better. Pork was cooked carelessly - some way overcooked, crisped into oblivion such that the meat was turned dark brown and dry, while some were passable with breading falling off. Spring roll was mushy, and rice was put in a hurry. Side salad and california rolls were decent and miso soup was just there. They overall tasted alright and it is a good value esp. with soup & salad. I wished they would put 10% more and charge $16 instead because quantity left me wanting. - Hamachi and Salmon nigiris (Main, $2.50/pc, 4/5) - I had to try their sushi as it looked nice and fresh right i

I tried this establishment for the first time. I appreciate their hospitality. The pork Ramen traditional style was really good. The pork dumplings I had were pretty solid too. The chef even gave me a small dish as a freebie. I’m definitely coming here every week. It had a great energy. The interior reminded me of a small Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. It’s not fancy, but it has spirit. Sometimes the best places are unexpected. I literally came here after shift from work. I was starving and I need something to eat. I’m glad I stumbled upon this hole in the wall.

Place is a hidden gem. Outstanding sushi! Reasonable prices. There’s also a CVS next door and a bank of Tesla V3 EV chargers in the parking lot, which adds convenience.

Hikaru Sushi is a must-visit! The chicken tempura sushi was absolutely divine—perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The entire dining experience was top-notch, from the ambiance to the service. I highly recommend Hikaru Sushi to all sushi lovers out there.!
