Delicious sushi! The fish is so fresh... we had the Zuke Salmon Nigiri and it was smooth and flavorful. I dare say the Nigiri here is just as good as what I had in Japan. The rolls are great too and they come out on the most adorable little bullet trains. Its not like your typical Sushi Boat restaurant, everything is made fresh and its sent directly to your table on the bullet trains.

Both table and counter spaces. Food comes in the "conveyor belt", carried by a little train. Other than that, the food is mediocre at an above average price. Service was nearly non-existent. There are plenty of other places in Japantown that will give you more for your money.

First time here was amazing. It is not a conveyor belt where the food is served, but by miniature bullet trains running past you. That was a very unique experience. Also, they have a robot serving you and human waiters. The food was really delicious. I can recommend the bento boxes as they give you a good variety of Japanese food. The portions are also huge. This is definitely a good place to go to.

extremely disappointed with this place! The portions are ridiculously small — I ordered a bowl of ramen and it was about the size of my hand. It didn’t even come close to being a proper meal. So I ordered a salmon fillet set, and guess what? The fish was frozen solid. I’ve never seen salmon served like an ice brick before. Completely inedible! To make things worse, the staff were impossible to get the attention of. No one bothered to come over even after multiple tries. Never come back again.

One of my favorite places to eat in Japan Town SF. They bring out your food on a conveyor belt designed to look like a bullet train. The food is also excellent. I personally recommend the Double Spicy Salmon (see attached) and gyoza. Service: I love that its just a touch screen you can pick food at any time you want. You don't have to wave down a server to get more food or even request more water or the check. It's all automated and I was more resturants were like this.
