Never been to the restaurant but have ordered multiple times via UberEats. I may actually visit eventually as the experience might be completely different than just ordering something delivered. But here is the thing, while I thoroughly ENJOYED the food I’ve received each time. They are practically always missing something on the order - like 9 out of 10 times. Yes, I am able to always get a refund through the delivery app BUT it sure gets annoying after a while. Maybe they get really busy…maybe they just don’t have it together when it comes to packing to-go orders…or maybe, lol, they just don’t give a crap? I don’t know. I just wish they can get that aspect together since I really do enjoy the two items I always repeatedly order (Fried Goat & Goat Stew). Now that I just wrote this…I’m g

This plate was purchased around noon and I saved it for dinner. The roach seemed to be packed with the stewed cab bc when I took it out the microwave it was on the meat. This is disappointing and disgusting

Excellent food! Flavorful and authentic! Customer service could be better. Might concider looking up the menu ahead of time so you know what to get, but anything you order will come out looking great! Soul food, great potions sizes.

Real deal food. Absolutely full of soul and flavorful at every bite. A bit informal in terms of sitting, which you’re welcome to order at the counter and eat there, the staff were warm and inviting. I tried The goat plate with fried plantains and black rice. It was everything I thought it would be. Highly recommend :)

I wouldn't recommend to eat in if you are looking for an unique ans pleasant experience always call and place your order otherwise you will be waiting for a good 10 minutes. The food is always good neverthelessthereate some dish that needs to be revised such as :, fried goat sometimes is over fried,the side sauce is extremely greasy, once I bought white rice and black beans, it had a funky smell to it. If you pay close detail to the food packaging it is slightly cover with the kitchen food residues nevertheless The service is still mediocre, you have to constantly remind them what you ordered because they constantly asked you.
