The quality of the meat is outstanding—perfectly trimmed cuts that are tender with great flavor. And great marbling in the ribeye! Everything is consistently fresh, packaging is clearly marked, shipping is fast. You can tell they actually care about the product and providing great service.
I don't remember having a better steak than the ones I got from High Mountain Meats! Butter knife tender, full of flavor, and perfect marbling! I loved it!
