High Banks Tavern

We had a solid evening at this place despite the wait. It was pretty busy, so we ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seated. Once we got in, we ordered drinks and some food — the drinks were okay, nothing remarkable, but the food really hit the mark. The wraps and wings were flavorful and well-prepared. Our server was attentive and kept things moving once we sat down, which helped make up for the initial wait. The atmosphere was lively and fun, which made for a good backdrop to the meal.

Amazing food. I had the Mac and cheese bbq pulled pork, it was phenomenal. Just enough cheese and melty texture and subtle bbq added a superb flavor. Thank you!

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ A Fantastic Find! This place is absolutely wonderful! The food is amazing and the prices are excellent. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is very nice and welcoming. It's truly a great place with incredible value. I would drive all the way from Rochester just to visit again!

We had vegan cream of mushroom soup and spinach artichoke mozzarella pizza. Both delicious 😋 Fish Fry was delicious

A hidden gem in the village! The food is great, and the bartenders are sweet. Sometimes they are shortstaffed behind the bar, but it’s pretty easy to get seated. It might take a minute to get to you, but they’re very nice about letting you know and not rude at all. The poutine fries are to die for and the chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese is also a must try. Prices are what you expect for a tavern, but the portions are well worth it ❤️ this place is now in my regular rotation to visit
