Hickory Bridge Farm Restaurant ~ Bed & Breakfast

We’ve been visiting Hickory Bridge Farm for over 25 years … whether it’s Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, or just whenever we get the urge! It’s about a 45-minute drive one way, and it’s always worth the trip. The ambience is folksy and comfortable, and our servers have always been very nice and accommodating. The owners, Mary Lynn and her son Bert, are always gracious to us and make sure we have an awesome experience. Everything on the family-style menu is delicious, and our kids especially look forward to the crab imperial. There’s also a neat general store behind the restaurant, which makes it feel like stepping back in time. Amazing spot to eat! One of my absolute all time favorite places... the food is wonderful, home cooked, generous portions served family style... and the historic building is incredible, looking around at all the hand hewn timbers... and don't miss their gift shop. They've been around for decades... and they're still just as good as ever! And that's good!

Beautiful place decorated for Christmas. Our waitress was lovely. Food was horrible. Crab imperial smelled and tasted like the bay. The price was awful for the food we had. Was not good. They are not child friendly with pricing. Will not be returning. To many other lovely restaurants in Gettysburg with delicious food.

Our extended family had dinner the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent. Food is served family style and has a good variety. We especially loved the crab imperial. The was chicken, BBq brisket, roasted potatoes, stuffing and more. Was an enjoyable evening.

(1st visit- dinner only) Beautiful night! It was a cold, rainy night in February but the atmosphere and incredible food was worth the trip. Highly recommend this restaurant. Can't wait to stay there this fall! (2nd visit- stayed Friday evening-Sunday AM) Edited*** just got back from my weekend at the cottage and it was absolutely incredible! So much time spent in nature, relaxation, walking/exploring, reading bibles on the porch in rocking chairs, and relaxing in the whirlpool! Will definitely be back-highly recommend!!❤️
