Customer Reviews
Hi Bake in Beverly Hills is a wonderful spot with great taste, good service, and very reasonable prices, especially for the area. Everything we tried was fresh, well made, and beautifully presented. We ordered the flying fish roe baguette, truffle baguette, and beef sausage potato toast, and each item had its own unique flavor. The baguettes were crispy on the outside and soft inside, with generous toppings and well-balanced seasoning. The beef sausage potato toast was filling, flavorful, and very satisfying. For drinks and desserts, we tried the California Sunset and the Dubai chocolate egg tart, which were both excellent. The California Sunset was refreshing and nicely balanced, while the Dubai chocolate egg tart was rich, indulgent, and a perfect way to end the meal. The service was
There was so much hype around it and I finally visited today. Today was also the only time I would ever visit this bakery. Service is great from the cashier and barista, no issues there. But overall the food is just lackluster. Our order consisted of: •Alexander Toast: thick toast topped with bacon and cheese. This was good, but nothing extraordinary that would make me order it again. We asked to get it warmed up and it definitely was not warmed, it was still room temperature when we ate it •Egg Tart: again, good but nothing making me want to return. I did appreciate how it was more of a custard filling so the texture was rich and velvety. But the pastry was soggy. •Truffle Baguette: the bread was stale and dry, and there was just a brush of the truffle cheese/mixture on top and insid
Finally made it to Beverly Canon Gardens with my besties for a highly anticipated visit to Hibake, the first overseas branch of this Chengdu-based bakery. It's affectionately called the "puppy bakery" because the owner loves rescuing stray dogs, and the logo is a cartoon of her own adopted dog! 📍 Location & Parking Inside Beverly Canon Gardens.Enter the parking structure as shown in Figure ②, and you get 2 hours of free parking—plenty of time to enjoy some pastries and coffee. 🌸 Vibe & Service · Magenta Aesthetic: The place stands out instantly with its magenta umbrellas, signage, pushcarts, and retro bicycle—very playful and chic. · Photo Spots: The magenta installations outside and the large mirror inside are perfect for photos. · Complimentary Samples: Staff members walk around offer
⸻ I recently visited Hibake | Asian Fusion Bakery in Beverly Hills, and I was pleasantly surprised! The bakery has a very stylish and cozy interior, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The pastries are quite unique in flavor – not overly sweet, but still very delicious and satisfying. Prices are reasonable, just a little above average, which feels fair considering the quality. The only thing I would love to see in the future is some gluten-free options, since not everyone can enjoy baked goods with gluten, but they would definitely love to try these creations too. Overall, it’s a wonderful new spot worth visiting!
This is the kind of place that went very viral for aesthetics but was so meh beyond that. The standout was the adjacent Beverly Canon Gardens. The croissant was genuinely drier than my skin, although the egg tart I sampled was solid (just very rich and sweet).
