This place is SUPER prejudice! They sat two white couples by themselves and us with another white family of four even though we arrived 20 minutes prior to the family they sat with us. We waited an hour in total for their orders to be taken, them to finish their salads and our food to be served. The chef gave us smaller food portions. Our drink was made with the wrong ingredients and the waiter acted like he didn’t know what we were saying when we said it wasn’t made right! I had to take my own drink back to the bar and found out the cream was not plain it was pumpkin spice which is why it didn’t taste correct. Finally even though we stated in the beginning of the dinner it was my son’s birthday they only sang happy birthday to the girl at the table presenting her with an ice cream sundae

We always have fun when we eat here. The chefs doing the hibachi cooking are very entertaining and put on a great show while actually looking our dinner in front of us! I had the teriyaki chicken & salmon combo, which also came with a salad and fried rice. I love the little fire volcano the chef makes by stacking onions, adding a bunch of cooking oil, and then lighting it up! And what the chef was doing was hilarious when chucking pieces of shrimp or chicken into the mouths of waiting patrons!

We chose a Japanese restaurant because we wanted to experience a part of Japanese culture. Instead, this place is owned and operated by... non Japanese folks. Imagine going to a German restaurant and it is owned and operated by Maori or going to a soul food restaurant and it's owned and operated by Swedes or going to an Indian restaurant and it is owned and operated by Mexicans... It's like false advertising or bait-n-switch. Anyway, the place is super run-down, old, tired, disgusting. Carpet in a restaurant is just a bad idea unless you are going to replace it every 1-2 years. This hasn't been replaced since probably the 1970s or whenever it was first built. We had a party of 8, there was only 2 other parties in the entire place because it was Super Bowl Sunday (ghost town), yet t

*Indoor dining review* We came here as a BIG group for birthday party on Saturday evening, made reservation weeks in advance. While the food and show was good, service seemed to be disorganized and unprepared. Restaurant: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Food: 3/5 Parking: Free parking lot ~Restaurant~ The restaurant at first glance is very big. There are large number of hibachi tables and sections of non-hibachi tables. Restaurant has some very unique decors. ~Service~ As soon as we walked in, we saw a couple yelling at the hostess about how unacceptably slow it was, because another couple apparently arrived later but got seated before them. We thought "Uh oh..." Everyone was crowded between hostess stand and the bar, waiting to be seated. There definitely seemed to be miscommunication issue, and Man

We were seated at 5:40 pm. Our waiter forgot to enter our order. I had to wave down another waitress to ask about our food. We finally received our food at 7:30. Then our waiter rang up our slit check incorrectly. The manager came over and made a comment about the waiter being “too much” tonight but never offered any sort of compensation. This was my birthday dinner and it was a disaster. We will never eat there again.
