One of the owners, Sophia, was super friendly! Very warm and inviting. Waitress, Shay was great as well. Very attentive! Kept that water cup full!! 😆 Food: Steak eggrolls. My son gave it a 10/10. I would say an 8/10 just because a tad bit more seasoning would have made it perfect for me. Bourbon chicken and shrimp fried rice was amazing! Everything was seasoned just right. Love love love the veggies!!! I could eat a plate of those alone! Spicy steak and chicken fried rice were good as well. I personally don’t like spicy food but it was for my son and he absolutely loved it. It had really good flavor!
Let me start off by saying the service is excellent. The establishment is clean and the overall vibe is chill with great music. Upon entering I was greeted by a cheerful host who promptly seated me and my guest. Sophia (one of the owners) introduced herself and took the time to discuss the menu and drink options since it was my 1st time there. Her husband (and co-owner) Sid made the most exquisite tasting Top Shelf Long Island that I have ever had. The appetizers and main course were also delicious. I will definitely be returning as Sophia mentioned that they open at 11 AM CST Mon thru Fri so I would have the option of working while dining there during the day. Hibachi King is a definite "Must Try" if you are in the Houston area.
Customer service was great!!!! Food was not it was hot but not well mixed we came late 9:30 but our rice was not fried it was steamed and sauced it looked like basically white rice was on my plate….didn’t know they fired the Burban chicken I thought it would’ve been grilled like hibachi rice is grilled it was poor…was going to the hibachi food truck 8 mins away they were closed…egg rolls where not my type garlic butter was salty…I was done when I seen fried chicken on my rice!! Very minimal veggies! The food truck has similar prices but it’s true hibachi big broccoli slices I was basically served flavored white rice fired chicken and steams veggies $80
First time to this new restaurant in our neighborhood and it was excellent. The chef puts on his his own twist on the egg rolls and all I have to say is WOW. The lunch specials were also very delicious. Go local and visit this new business. Welcome to the neighborhood. From the ladies from Michigan
