Hibachi Grill Buffet LLC

I've been here at few times so here is my review after giving this location multiple visits. #1 I've never had an issue about asking for more tips, since I always give a minimum 15%. The people who have been leaving poor reviews about it must have been giving $1 per person as a tip, which is a travesty, but at the same time, the employees should also keep it professional and talk to their ownership and management about the issue to figure out something. #2 The restaurant is fairly large and I like how everything is spread out so you're not bumping into people. #3 The service is alright. They are not overly friendly or rude, they are in the middle. They do their job of clearing plates and bringing refills. #4 The food is mediocre overall, but you will be able to find a few items that yo

Very disappointing experience. Our waiter only came to clear plates and never once checked in to see if we needed anything. She also came over and pointed at my guest’s plate to tell him he was eating dinner buffet items — which we already knew, as they are clearly labeled. When I spoke to management about it, they laughed and didn’t acknowledge the concern at all. To make matters worse, the sushi station worker told my child he was only allowed one piece, with no sign posted and no explanation when I asked why. Since I was paying for the meal and there was no stated policy, that was unacceptable. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior overall. I won’t be returning.

Haven't been here in a few years and went tonight. Overall, the food was decent and nothing was cold, but it took forever for them to refill food items. Some items were never even refilled in the hour we were there. It would be a decent $15 to $18 buffet for dinner but for $25 a person, I wouldn't return. Nothing was THAT great.

A friend took me there yesterday, and it was my first visit. I found it to be clean and the food was fresh. We arrived about 12:45, and there were customers present. We were seated once the hostess returned up front (2-3 min.). My friend asked about seating in a side room, and she said it was closed. My friend and her daughter started with hibachi grill, I selected items from the buffet. The food was tasty, yet the temperature could have been warmer. The food was not cold. Overall, if I'm in the area again, I would stop by.

We ate here recently and I was very impressed with the quality of food. We had eaten here several years ago and it was awful. So the new management or new owners have made a big improvement. We don't eat out often because I like to cook so giving them a good rating says a lot.
