Hibachi Express

The drive through line was all the way back to the road in Friday. Within 15-20 minutes we had ordered, paid, and had hot food to go. Both entrees were really good. I appreciate the fast friendly service.

Honestly I thought this was a legit hibachi spot, even the menu says rice hs peas carrots etc… lol that wasn’t true. THE CHICKEN WINGS not even store cooked(maybe warmed up yeah … I think they were Tyson’s spicy fried chicken wings that ion think they fried it was more like either oven cooked or microwaved since they were sticking together. .. I guess it’s safe to say I was let down. Granite it didn’t taste horrible I was definitely hungry but still left overs and still not the worse. I just wanted to give my husband and I opinion on the matter.

I worked at one of the restaurants years ago in Auburn Alabama before it closed down. I miss the food so much. I was so happy to see this place in the town I was passing through. I bought so much for my son and I to share and I have no regrets. It was packed out and I got my food very quickly. The employees that I interacted with were also lovely.

I ordered the Hibachi Chicken on a Wednesday night. Once I made it home I checked my food and to my surprise my vegetables were not included in my meal. I couldn’t return the meal because they had closed for the night. I called the next day to inform them of what happened. I was told by the GM(General Manager) that she could give me the MISSING VEGETABLES I repeat MISSING VEGETABLES! I asked her could she just replace the entire meal due to it being there mistake. She informed me she could ONLY do the VEGETABLES unless the entire meal was brought back. She informed me this was not her policy but the OWNERS! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. I work HARD for my money and if a MISTAKE is made on the establishment’s behalf then they should do EVERYTHING IN TH

I love the side of veggies with yum yum sauce. Best place in town for healthy food. Great service, reliable, consistent food. Lovely place to eat inside. Love to give my money to these people. It's really worth it. Everybody should try this place at least once.
