⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A strong 5-star experience at Hibachi 512! Hibachi 512 is a wonderful hidden gem run by an incredibly hardworking brother-and-sister team. The heart they put into their food and business really shines through. The vegetables were the standout for me—perfectly seasoned with a rich umami flavor that honestly competes with, and even beats, some high-end hibachi spots I’ve visited. What I appreciate is that sometimes I don’t have time for the full hibachi show. I just want the flavor without the wait, and Hibachi 512 delivers exactly that: quick service, great taste, and no compromise on quality. We’ve been here multiple times since it’s opened up. I’m a sucker for a great hibachi and this one doesn’t disappoint. The staff are super friendly and fun to talk to. We normally rock the chicken, steak and shrimp in various combos. The shrimp is probs my favorite.

10/10! So glad these guys are back open for business. Offering quality service and plenty of healthy protein choices (chicken, steak, shrimp) and fresh vegetables. I ordered the steak and veggies with the side of yum yum sauce and they never disappoint. Always bursting with flavor & generous portions to where you have leftovers for later. This is our second time at Hibachi 512 and it never disappoints! We love the convenience and how close it is to where we stay. The staff is super cool and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. The portions are amazing, definitely enough to feed a big family! Highly recommend!

We eat here just about every week. The food is so good. Protein (beef, chicken, shrimp) is very tender and flavorful. The rice is cooked perfectly, fluffy and so buttery. Veggies are the best I've ever had. I recommend this spot 100%!
