Hibachi 101

I like to update this from time to time. But it's still the best hibachi place I've been to.

I realize it's my own fault for not checking my food before I left, but I ordered two California rolls and yet two rolls filled with cucumber and avocado. I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be imitation crabbing here, in fact, I know it's supposed to have crab in it because I've ordered California rolls from here before and they included the crab. And I know the woman rang me up correctly because it said Cali roll on the little screen. I wrote the review before I finished my meal. I found plastic in the soba noodles. Not happy.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this place was on a mission to earn 1 star from the beginning. We greeted the employee to order and she didn’t greet us back ( rude ) second after we ordered which was at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm) she told me no dine in. Why wouldn’t she tell me before I paid ?? Now I had to eat in my car and stink up my car. Third , Every hibachi I been to before normally is 1/2 of the plate with steak and the other half with rice. This place literally gave me like 1/4 of the plate worth of steak, Now at $14 I would expect more steak. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money please. The staff and food sucked. Please do better, bless y’all heart !

I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I moved away from Wilson a while ago but still visit family every now and then. The last time I was there for holidays, I decided to grab take out lunch while in a hurry. I ordered chicken, steak, and white rice only and my husband got chicken, steak, shrimp, vegetables and white rice. We didn’t check the food before leaving (huge mistake) and when we got to my parents’ house, I noticed they had put vegetables in my food. No problem, I simply took them out and put them on my husband’s plate. As you can see in the pictures, I was left with only a couple pieces of meat after taking the veggies out! I had to go grab something else for lunch since it was too far away to go back. Is this the new normal here for about $40-$50 spent??

Food has always been on point. I like that they don't over cook the veggies which is very important to me. Try the ginger instead of the white sauce. Thank me later.
