HI Steaks Pearl City

Great steak, although didn't have Mac salad the day I came. They also sell awesome lemonade! Made a new friend, named him Fred.

I’m not sure what they’re doing in that kitchen fr but they need to stop. Immediately. The “crispy” chicken wasn’t even crispy and lacked flavor. Ordered steak and didn’t even get it. Instead got another scoop of white rice. The only thing good in this plate was the plain rice…and that me being generous. Don’t waste your money here, you’ll be disappointed 🤦🏽‍♀️

Went after our Costco trip. Love the garlic chicken and steak plates. Hawaii has great local food. I've loved this place for years. Everytime that I come home from NM I make it a point to get a plate from here. I've never been disappointed by this place 10 years running. Tonight I tried the mixed steak and roast chicken plate as usual it was delicious and filling. Fast and friendly staff and service. Always made to order. Some good. Had the Steak Plate today. One of the few available in the PC and Aiea area. Not disappointed.

Decided to try here for lunch...try something different, plus I was hungry after grocery shopping. HI Steaks is located inside the Pearl City Foodland, so I found it to be very convenient. The kitchen can easily be seen from the counter and the kitchen looked organized and clean. I ended up ordering a Kalua Pork & Steak plate ($18.99) and substituted the rice for greens (+$1.99), also ordered a build your own bowl ($16.00), with Garlic Chicken. I was a bit bummed that they charged extra for substituting the rice with greens, but oh well. My order came quickly, only waited for a couple of minutes, and then I found an open table at the dining area adjacent to HI Steaks. The portion size of the plate & bowl was reasonable for the price. Love the steak plate. Love the shrimp plate. Love the combo steak and shrimp plate. Love the greens they use for the salad with Italian dressing. Potato salad is always fresh and to die for.
