The omakase experience was truly wonderful. It's the largest variety of fish I've ever had in a single sitting. Chef Eiji and team were a delight to watch as they crafted sashimi and nigiri 3ft in front of us! The chefs were expert and enthusiastic in their work. Yes, it's expensive. However, it was also the best fish I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The black cod was our absolute favorite! No beverage pairing for the omakase experience was a bit of a letdown, but we found a bottle of sake that paired wonderfully for all 16 courses. They kept the dishes coming at a breakneck pace. Visited on Friday Feb 13th and had a fabulous time! Had reservations for two at 7:30pm and it was already buzzing with excitement. We were immediately sat and immediately taken our drink orders. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. They offered lemon, lime, and orange slices for your water which I thought was a GREAT touch as im a lover of lemon in my water. Husband and I decided on their "Love of sea" Valentines dinner. Consisted of two lobster tails and a 20oz Tomahawk steak with broccolini, coconut curry rice and fingerling potatoes. It was very delicious! The steak was cooked medium and perfection. The lobster tails were very tasty and there was not a thing wrong with the meal. Best sushi in town at a reasonable price! Great paranoia 360 view and amazing cocktails! The staff was super friendly, and the manager went above and beyond - I saw them checking on every table to ensure we had a great experience! LOVED the new menu - they've got TONS of options for food, so there's something for everyone 😋. Everything was TASTY! Highlight of the night was the NEW Salmon Kumo roll - OMG 🔥! And the sea bass is a HUGE plus. Definitely coming back 👍

We started with the seasonal oysters and the Japanese edamame salad, both bursting with freshness and delicate flavors. My wife enjoyed the Shio Koji Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, while I had the Prime Espresso Ribeye, an absolute masterpiece — tender, flavorful, and artfully paired with the Kizuna and Renge rolls of sushi. We had a BLAST here! Tons of small plates and they were ALL delicious! The sushi rolls Tokimeki, Natsu , Hestia roll , Salmon kumo are THE BEST 🔥! They're top 3 of my favorite freshest sushi in town - each roll, nigiri 🍣, and sashimi was AMAZING! Drinks are 🔥 too! My fave is the Smore Martini 🍸🍸. Last but not least, server Kelly is THE BEST 💖!
