cute little spot walk in & the smell of goodness hits ya! didn't realize that they offer quite a few different food options other than just donuts - I will definitely try them for lunch soon! Donuts were fresh & delicious as well as my kolache..yummie 😋 shockingly the strawberry donut was my absolute favorite! & the young lady at the counter was patient & sweet!

I had the doughnuts this morning and they were good. But we just had lunch and I had the HERO BUN Egg & Cheese, bacon and fried chicken sandwich, I don’t even have words for how good this sandwich was! The service was great too and my kids loved the Lego building table!

I visited on 12/26/2025 I had the donut burger and a Boston crème. Both were amazing The staff and I guess store manager were all nice and friendly. They had clean bathrooms and each table were also very clean .

Ok, so we have eaten Hero a few times, since coming to Trussville but it’s never been a “go-to”. Today, we grabbed some breakfast. We were able to order online and then drive thru to pick up. The food was hot and ready, upon arriving so it was very efficient. As someone who is not a huge breakfast fan I absolutely LOVE that the full menu is available all day. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband a burger. We also got the loaded tots with nuggets on top to share. Holy moly. I cannot possibly convey the flavors! Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! How in the world do you guys make these tots? I’ve never had anything like them! What was previously our once per year stop quickly became our favorite breakfast option in town this morning. Can’t wait to try additional items from the

Visited the store on 12/21/25 while doing some Christmas shopping in Trussville. We ordered donuts and two chicken sandwich specials. The donuts were delicious! The fries were hot and crispy, no Ketchup needed. The chicken sandwich however, was very disappointing. It was overcooked and the sauce tasted like literal vomit. Seriously, it was like vomit. Neither of us could finish the sandwich’s and we ended up throwing them away. This is my second time visiting this location, so I’m not sure what happened between the first time I ate here and yesterday but I will not waste $20 again.
