Hernandez Ice Cream Parlor

I loved my tres leches from them. Space is cleanly, hosts are nice, & the food is so good! The prices match up with the amount of food you get. We ate it so fast I didn’t get any other pics.

Terrible service. I called and ordered a cake at 9am told him what I wanted on the cake and what to write on the top. When I arrived to pick up my cake none of the owners were there. They had an older lady tending to the register who had no idea how to use it. She didnt know how to run a card and that I needed to go to the gas station and get money. Which meant that I would have been charged for cash back. . I told her I wasn't doing that and that if she couldn't run my card I would just plain out not get the cake. The happy birthday dedication wasn't even written on the cake I was like when I called this morning I even spelled out the name for the guy who took my order. She said she didn't know how to do it and asked if I knew. I work in health care how the hell am I suppose to know how t

Order 1/4 a sheet with strawberries and pecans paid it and left my phone number. Picked up the cake and they tell me they didnt put pecans!!! Why ask for phone number then?!!! Is it worth $38? No! Its not marble like i ordered its chocolate!no pecans! Maybe all in total 3 strawberies in it!!! Never again will i be ordering anything from there again!!!

The service is AWESOME!!!!! They treat me with such respect. I recommend it for anyone who loves great people. The bread is pure awesomeness

This is the best place for ice cream and homemade tasting treats! The price is incredibly cheep and super friendly people!
