You guys should teach your employees how to talk to people. Called in to ask simple questions about registering a car and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. I couldn’t even get my question out before he was rushing me off the phone saying he closes in two minutes, even though I called 30 minutes before your closing time. Called the other Hernandez and got my information quickly and without sarcasm. Take some notes from them.

Hernandez came three for me . I needed tags owner's card and insurance. And they gave me all this at a great price. Small building no parking lot but at this price its definitely walking in. Fast secure service no issues or hassles. Great location for me. Smooth operations

Quick, fast service - was in and out in under 15 minutes for new title, registration and tags. Cheapest prices in the area (i called around for quotes prior to coming in). Make sure to bring cash, as there is no ATM in store and it is cash only.
