Absolutely the worse experience. This company almost ruined my graduation. They sent me the wrong size cap and gown as well as the wrong tassle. I contacted them about it and go no response. I had to go to my bookstore and hope they had my exact size, which they did not ( which is why I ordered online in the first place). I bought one anyway and had it altered which cost additional money on top of the set I had already purchased online that was incorrect. I had spent hours on hold only to never talk to anyone.( over 5 hours one time) I emailed customer service and was told to expect up to 5 business days. I emailed two separate times and as of writing this months later, I never heard back from them. I had no way to return the cap and gown I received so I had to file a dispute with my credi

Absolutely worst place I have ever dealt with. The costumer service is pitiful !! No even one person I talked to has ever been "nice"!! Even when they do what they call "nice" this was the actually words they used! "I'm only doing this to be nice, on the order form it says you want a W in the front of your jacket, but there is no note that you do not want it to be the varsity letter!" With that being said I only sent in 1 letter and I had clear discussion with the front desk where to place the letter I sent in so I know the paper says the varsity letter should be center of the BACK. She did offer to send me the other W patch. I have just never dealt with a place that had such miserable humans in costumer service. Especially when the money for these items are so much.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I spoke with McKenna in hopes to have a correction made to my graduating seniors' plaque which has his parent name (mine) listed as the graduate, I take full responsibility for inputting the information incorrectly on the website but instead of offering helpful customer service I was told " well the person that put the order in on the website put it in wrong so you will just have to pay for another one and it's full price" I advised McKenna that someone from this company called me two weeks prior to the first set of items that I purchased were to be delivered to the High-school to confirm the name and school of my student because they seen that I mistakenly put my name in for the student, the response from McKenna was "well it wasn't me personally that

Order was not ready or correct and since it took a while I did not want to trust the shipping and mailing again so I drove an 1 1/2 hours to pick the items up. I still have the corrected items being shipped to me they don't know how long it will take. But that's ok I have the most important items. In all fairness I will have to say i called around 7x to check progress and everytime I called they answered the phone and they made me feel they were working hard to resolve the problem.

They delivered my diploma to the bottom of my hill unwrapped, in a cardboard box during a rain storm, it was left there all day till I noticed it laying there, when I opened it up, it has water damage.
