Hemmingway's Possum Kingdom

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hemmingway’s! The specialty drinks were incredible — perfectly mixed, creative, and full of flavor. The food was just as impressive. A special shout-out to Krista, our bartender, who went above and beyond to make the day exceptional. Her cocktails were spot-on, and her service was friendly, professional, and fun. If you’re looking for great drinks, great food, and an even better atmosphere, Hemingway’s is the place, ask for Krista!

absolute treasure of a lakeside eatery/establishment. Staff are all friendly, efficient and courteous. Gorgeous scenic patio, not to mention the building itself. Food is fantastic ( i personally recommend the egg rolls 😩). The boutique type stores are stunning, from home decor to lakeside essentials! I also really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, no kids running rambunctiously throughout the restaurant, music is played at nice volumes, so as not to interrupt conversations, but create ambience, a vibe if you will. ✨ 10/10 very gratetful for this establishment

I came for lunch and had a delicious burger on the deck. I am very particular with my burgers- I only "splurge" on occasion. This burger was on point!!! - the smash patties were seasoned and cooked to perfection! I also had a Moscow mule, which was refreshing and well-made. Although the deck offers a limited view during winter (it is partitioned off to protect from the cold winds off the lake), it is still offers a great outdoor atmosphere. The service was also great with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend Hemmingway's!

We had a great late Sunday Lunch at Hemmingways. The food was amazing. The turkey sandwich is absolutely amazing. Impressed with the Cesar salad too! The service was great and the restaurant is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

So I was questioning the restaurants out here. But this place is the shit. The building is beautiful and the service was excellent. I ordered the ribeye was juicy and tender. So if your in PK and look for something up to date this place won't let you down. Going to the pie house tomorrow..they got really good ice cream .
