Hemet Public Library

I was there to file for a passport for my children a few months ago, and we were assisted by Kathye Caines. She was very nice and went through all the documents thoroughly to make sure we had given all the correct information. She was extremely helpful and had a very easy, lovely experience with her, and I give this experience with her 5 stars. However, I was there yesterday and I took my son to file for his passport. We were assisted by Leticia (unfortunately, not Kathye), and she was extremely rude. Even my son looked at me like, 'What is wrong with this lady?'. We were inside the room for no longer than 5 minutes. She just glanced at everything and told my son to sign (did not tell him where). He had just turned 18, we both went through the form, and I asked if he should sign in a speci

Had to make some copies and use the computer. Needed a library card, which was so easy to do. I D and a verification of your address. So easy and private. It was a nice, and quiet place... 😆 Glad I'm hooked up.

The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of many different kids of books. Calm and quiet place to spend time.

Haven't been here in around 14 years I was really surprised you have to check it out pardon the pun check the hours before you come though they have a staggered schedule

This library was located in somewhat in a busy part of town , so you can imagine how that was during those busy hrs . Very organized
