Heirloom Donuts - DRIVE THRU

It was our first time visiting this morning. The donuts were delicious. Chloe was very friendly and helpful! We definitely be back.

My coffee was absolutely terrible. I think it was literally the bottom of the barrel. When I asked the girl for coffee, she said, "I think I have enough for one more cup." It wasn't even 10:00 AM. My doughnut was just okay. It definitely didn't seem freshly made. The maple was grainy. I was traveling, so I don't think I will ever be back.

My first impression was this place was super clean. There is a nice selection of donuts and baked goods. You can build your own donut and canoli. Taste? The donuts are denser than the typical airy donut. Still yet, they trade great.

We came to Heirloom Doughnuts while staying at Great Wolf Lodge because it was my daughter’s birthday, and all she wanted was a doughnut. The staff was so friendly—right away they brought us fresh glazed doughnuts, and then let my daughter pick out a special birthday doughnut too. The shop itself is super cute and very clean. It was such a great experience from start to finish and made her birthday extra special.

I used rave about how great the donuts are at Heirloom Donuts, but the last two visits have been less than satisfactory. The donuts are no longer fresh. The last time I purchased two donuts they tasted stale. I said to myself, "maybe this is just a bad day" and brushed it off but, this time it was ridiculous. The donuts were so bad that I just threw them in the trash. You guy's have got to do better. Your donuts are way too expensive not to be fresh. Oh, by the way, the chocolate covered vanilla creme frosting filled donuts or whatever they're supposed to be are horrible. That frosting should go on top of a birthday cake, not inside a donut.
