Heights Falafel

Wholesome little lunch spot we stumbled upon during the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Big portions. Generous with the hummus. Got a chicken shawarma plate that came with a generous serving of hummus and a refreshing salad. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned, the rice was delicious. Ordered take out for dinner as well, and the lentil soup was also really tasty. The owner gave us a free baklava on the house too, which is the best I’ve tasted so far. Glad to have found this spot. Locals really love them.

Hole in the wall Tunisian spot with delicious affordable food. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was so full of meat. Only $8 which is a steal and they accept card too. The staff are super friendly too. The business has been around for 25 yrs

My expectations were higher given the high ratings of the restaurant. We bought two platters, no sauce. Rice was tasteless. I wish they had regular white sauce, not tahini. Without sauce, the chicken was underwhelming. I was not impressed with humus either. We could not finds our platters. Overall, the food was disappointing. The person who made the food was friendly.

I think this may be THE best falafel I’ve ever had in my life. Owner is so kind & authentic, and the food is INSANELY fresh—literally unmatched. Skip the carts & make this your staple! My new go to spot hands down
