Man, I’m totally OBSESSED with Heat It Up!!! The staff is super chill and awesome, the food is straight-up delicious, and let’s be real—who’s got time to scrub pots and pans after slaving away on meal prep all week? Not me! I love swinging by after work to grab my meals for the week—boom, done! They’ve got killer coffees, tasty snacks, and don’t even get me started on the Elvis protein shake (keto version, large, ‘cause the small just ain’t cutting it, lol). It’s SOOOO freaking good! They’re awesome about listing allergens for anyone with allergies, their place is always spotless, and every single visit is just a total vibe. 10/10, no complaints!

Their staff is wonderful! The food is good and well portioned as well. When I forget my lunch, this is my go to place for a healthy meal that taste good!

Fresh and quality meals, I meal prep as a side job and my best friend moved away for work so I had to find a company that would provide excellent and healthy meals for him. I researched and checked everything out and he has been using y’all the last month or so now. He loves the food and the variety of meals!! Good job and keep it up!

I was in town for two weeks and Whitni and her Husband were AMAZING with helping me plan out meals for everyday that I was here! I highly recommend Heat It Up for all your meal prep needs! Amazing food and even more amazing owners!

The macros may be good but the ingredients are not clean. Includes corn syrup, soybean oil, sometimes chemicals as preservatives (says it is added to protect the flavor).
