Heart'n Hand

I called and ordered 3 pies the week before Thanksgiving to pick up December 6th. When my husband arrived they were unable to find my order. I called spoke to the husband and 1 of the owners who with a smile on his face profusely apologized and said, “I can gladly make your pies in 10 minutes.” We were so thankful then he went above and beyond because he sent my son home with free cookies and candy. The pies at heart and hand are always utterly amazing and we love them.

Great little shop. Bought Lemon Loaf and a Cherry Pie. Very well prepared and enjoyable. Great crust on the pie. Very happy I stopped in.

The grape pies used to be amazing. A few weeks ago I bought one. $30. For a quality pie...no problem. Unfortunately the pie was entirely full of grape skins. I served it to guests. Was incredibly embarrassed and ended up throwing 1/2 of it away. I would like to think it was an insolated incident and I would give them another chance as I have never had a bad experience there previously.

Nice little quaint shop. Bought a raspberry pie and a peach pie. The raspberry was fantastic. The peach was not, it appears to not be fully cooked and seem to lack sugar. I was disappointed as the prior reviews raved about the peach pie. And peach pie although hard to find is my favorite. A

We plan our trips to skaneateles around the days they are open, just so we can get the Dream Pillows, (trouble maker's) and other cookies. We also try something different every time there, and have never been disappointed.
