We had a group of 15 in the front left room on Thursday. It was extremely cold in there & many had their coats on the entire time we were there. We asked the server 3 times to please turn the heat up. She went to the back part of the room by the thermostat. Not sure what she did, but it never got warmer & she said nothing. We noticed a space heater was in the room & if you stood right in front of it it felt slightly warm, but not able to heat the room. It was registering 69 degrees. The server may not have been having a good day, but was very quiet, not particularly friendly & never offered an explanation. I retired from a hotel company, where Customer Service was tops, but she was not displaying any of the characteristics of good customer service. I've been to this restaurant on
I hosted a baby shower for 30 guests last week. I was very pleased with the ease in planning and no surprise add on fees. We opted for the white linens which brightened the room. There was a large selection of entrees, including vegan. The personalized printed menu was a nice touch. Marty, the manager, was very helpful. The party room had it's own entrance and private restroom. The restaurant was centrally located to guests and had plenty of parking. We received many compliments.
amazing food and we received great service! the younger male server looks just like his daddy (the owner) family owned and operated! definitely will be back❤️
It is slightly difficult to locate on this plaza, so note #265 or look at the map. Large inside sitting area and it looks like it offers outside seating. Opens early. No kids specific menu but many options fit children and price/value is there. Food felt like home cook and cozy atmosphere makes it feel like home. Many omelets to choose from - I tried Key West. My daughter loved strawberry shortcake toast. Service could a bit swifter and attentive but it was early so they didn’t have a lot of support. Kids definitely said they want to come back.
Went to the Hearth Room Cafe for an event. It was a charming space. The food was ok. I’d like to go back and try it when I am not with an event because I know it is challenge going to make food in such a large quantity. Service was a little slow but again with a big group sometimes that can be a challenge. I will go back and try it again soon but over all I think it is a good spot for lunch.
