Healthy Time Foods is a gem for anyone with dietary restrictions or simply looking to eat clean and feel good doing it. As someone who is gluten free and lactose intolerant, I’m always on the lookout for treats that don’t leave me feeling weighed down — and Healthy Time Foods hits the mark every time. They use clean, organic ingredients and offer an amazing variety of baked goods that are both satisfying and guilt-free. I’ve tried their Sweet Potato Tart (which is more like a thick, dense pudding — reminds me of a dessert my grandmother used to make), the lemon blueberry cake, chocolate cake, banana bread, and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Everything I’ve had has been delicious, but the lemon blueberry cake is by far my favorite — perfectly balanced, moist, and full of flavor. I

Fantastic. My wife has celiac and lactose intolerance and we both LOVE everything that they make. Whether it is their banana bread, their cookies, or cakes, it tastes so good that it is hard to believe that everything is 100% gluten free and vegan. Hoping they come to NY!!

There’s nothing like good tasting food that is also a blessing to the body! Absolutely delicious!
