Healthy Pho - Vietnamese Cuisine

I’ve been to many pho places in Florida and even in other states, but Healthy Pho in Port Charlotte truly stands out as the best. Every visit reminds me why this place is special. The menu is phenomenal, with consistently delicious and well-prepared dishes. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. The restaurant itself is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What really sets Healthy Pho apart, though, is the staff. They are genuinely friendly, attentive, and professional. Today, I accidentally ordered the regular coffee instead of my favorite, their unique salted coffee. Without hesitation, they replaced it with the salted coffee at no extra charge. That level of kindness and customer care is rare! I’ve also noticed

Please sale fresh meat!!! Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered food during our lunch break and when we opened it, the meat tasted old and spoiled. It was bad enough that we didn’t eat any of it. We immediately called the restaurant to let them know and tried to resolve the issue. Instead of showing any concern or trying to make it right, the manager told us the only way we could get a refund was if we physically brought the food back. We explained that we were on our lunch break, had already returned to work, and even had pictures of the food — but they refused to help. To make it even worse, the manager’s response was basically that they didn’t care and that we could “do whatever we want and write a review.” That level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unbelievable. N

Me and my family are big pho people and this place missed just about every mark. We ordered 3 rare beef phos which were fine and a vegetarian which had raw veggies in it, spring rolls, crab rangoons, ban mi, and beer. Veggie pho - this was returned due to raw veggies, and replaced with a chicken soup that had chicken cold cuts in it! Like what!? Spring roll - not your expected crunchy fresh tasting spring roll. They used a lettuce I am assuming to be romaine which took ALL of the crunch away. Crab Rangoons - honestly this may have been our fault for ordering a Chinese item off a Vietnamese menu. At first look, the dinning area is less than clean and floors are disgusting. Our order was taken and as we watched the staff, we noticed one staff member in front consistently wearing the same pair of gloves. She dealt with money, cash register, drinks, cleaning, food and proceeded to go into the restroom with the gloves on. Granted she wasn't in there long enough to use the restroom and came out empty handed, she still had gloves on and went to wiping sides of dishes coming out of the kitchen with her finger to clean drippings from the sides. When I mentioned it to our server, he came back with a response of "she went in to get paper". Regardless, she was touching everything with the same pair of gloves. The restaurant echos terribly with loud metal chairs and tables being dragged around. The server never returned to the table, I had to get my own water and request the check and Togo box at the counter. To top it all off, our appetizer has a hair across the garnish.
